What are you going to do?

Our Partner Management team (total of 10 team members) is part of our Technology Business Unit and is performing the end-to-end procurement cycle for technology products and services. The Partner Managers are playing an essential role in the vendor strategy for DPG’s key technology platforms and tech solutions (e.g. advertising technology, data, software engineering, broadcast, product management, IT, cloud, cybersecurity) and therefore maintain and develop high quality relationships with our partners. Your work will include:

  • Define needs and sourcing strategy:  Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements, scope, and sourcing approach.

  • Vendor identification and evaluation: Identify, assess, and select the most suitable technology providers based on business, technical, and commercial criteria ; Lead RFP or RFI.

  • Contract negotiation and setup: Lead or support negotiations to establish competitive and compliant commercial agreements.

  • Contract management and compliance: Oversee contract execution, ensuring adherence to agreed terms as well as privacy, security, and legal requirements.

  • Procurement operations and financial processing: Manage purchase orders and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts.

  • Vendor relationship management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with providers to ensure performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness over time.

What makes you the ideal candidate?

For this role, we are looking for a professional with relevant experience of Technology procurement, focused on tech-driven transformation preferably in the media industry:

  • Proven ability to influence and build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and capability to deliver business value through procurement.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, adept at handling complex contracts.

  • Experience managing multiple high-priority projects and contracts simultaneously.

  • Tech Savvy and AI enthusiast, familiar with data management tooling, Microsoft Dynamics, CLM tooling, Jira, Confluence)

  • Fluent in Dutch or English ;

  • University degree and at least 3-6 years of expertise.

  • Job location based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam or Hilversum) and inBelgium (Antwerp or Vilvoorde.
