Are you an experienced and driven Siebel CRM Developer who enjoys designing, developing, and optimizing complex CRM environments? What will you do as a Siebel CRM Developer?
As a Siebel CRM Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our Siebel landscape. You ensure that our CRM environment runs smoothly by designing and developing customizations, managing integrations, monitoring performance and resolving issues across environments. You will also take ownership of optimizing Siebel components, evaluating system performance, and performing crash analysis. Through your work, you ensure that the platform remains stable, efficient, and aligned with the needs of the business. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and customizing Siebel applications using Siebel Tools, Siebel Workflow, and Siebel EAI.

  • Customizing and configuring Siebel objects such as Applets, Views, Screens, and Business Components.

  • Creating and maintaining integrations with third‑party systems using Web Services (SOAP/REST) and EIM

  • Working with Siebel Workflow policies and managing runtime events.

  • Managing Siebel environments, including installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

  • Troubleshooting application issues and resolving performance bottlenecks.

  • Monitoring system performance and proactively implementing improvements.

  • Providing production support and delivering fixes or enhancements.

  • Supporting automation efforts and implementing monitoring processes.


Team
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be part of a small, specialised team, including a Product Owner, a Technical Lead and CRM specialists. Together, you work daily on optimising and ensuring the availability of our customer and order management within the CRM landscape. You will also collaborate closely with other teams across the tech organisation, such as IT Operations and Infrastructure.

What we ask

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Siebel CRM (including 2+ years with IP17 or later).

  • Strong skills in Siebel Tools, Configuration, Workflow, EAI, and scripting (eScript).

  • Strong understanding of the Siebel Data Model and architecture.

  • Experience with Siebel Open UI is a plus.

  • Familiarity with SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, EAI, and EIM.

  • Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to perform complex queries, access and manipulate data.

  • Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

  • Oracle Siebel Certification (Developer or Consultant) is a plus.
