What are you going to do?
In this role, you’ll combine market expertise with insights into technological innovation, translating them into concrete strategies, business plans and operational improvements. Your analytical skills and strong synthesis ability will enable our technology department to make informed decisions and steer toward a future-proof path. You will work closely with colleagues across various disciplines (i.e streaming, publishing, broadcast, advertising, data, cloud, cyber-security) contributing to initiatives that make our organization stronger and more innovative and streamlined.
As a Technology Strategy & Market Intelligence Consultant, you will be part of the Transformation & Strategic Planning office within our technology department. You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach to support strategic decision-making and improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to understand their information needs and determining how to deploy strategic insights for maximum impact.

  • Monitoring the progress of strategic tracks and transformations, ensuring alignment across initiatives while keeping a close eye on planning, dependencies, and risks.

  • Supporting decision-making by preparing and structuring reports, analyses, and summaries for various management and board levels.

  • Identifying and exploring new opportunities in technology and innovation, via business cases, strategic notes or benchmark, helping translate these into concrete initiatives or roadmaps.

  • Coordinating the preparation of strategic evaluations and reviews, ensuring deliverables are clear, consistent, and action-oriented.

You demonstrate enthusiasm for the media industry and its current transformation. You combine a positive, proactive mindset with a sharp focus on substance and impact.

  • Affinity with the Technolgy and/or Media industry

  • Strategic Thinking: You think structurally and maintain a clear overview in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders, initiatives, and dependencies.

  • Collaboration: You are comfortable in a coordinating role and know how to synthesize different perspectives into clear insights and concrete actions.

  • Problem Solving: With your strong analytical skills, you quickly assess issues and translate them into actionable proposals and recommendations.

  • Communication: You communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, making complex subject matter accessible to diverse audiences.

  • Stakeholder Management: As a true team player, you collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, always keeping their needs and expectations in mind.

  • Critical Mindset: You possess a curious and critical mindset, and you aren’t afraid to challenge existing assumptions to reach better decisions.

  • Quality-Driven: You are detail-oriented and ensure that all analyses, reports, and advice are well-founded and consistent.
