What will you do as a Solution Architect Product?
As a Solution Architect Product, you work closely with the members of the Product teams and the (technical) stakeholders of Product. You are responsible for mapping out our current IT landscape within Product. Additionally, you translate this into a future-proof and high-quality architecture that supports both short-term and long-term goals. You thoroughly examine the various Product stacks to identify opportunities and determine where optimization is possible. You take the lead in assessing whether improvements are needed and if they yield more than they cost.

There are also opportunities to take on a guiding role in architecture company-wide. Ambition and experience in enterprise architecture are certainly welcome. Independer is in the middle of a DevOps and digital transformation. We have big plans for transforming our platform, and you will play a significant role in shaping the necessary architecture for this transformation.

You will work with tools and techniques such as .NET (C#), Angular, TypeScript (JavaScript), Nx, and SASS. With our cloud migration, the focus is also on Azure, App Services, and YAML pipelines.

What do we look for in you?

• Strong knowledge of internet technology and software development in general.

• Thorough and proven knowledge of architectural principles and patterns.

• Strategic and analytical thinking with knowledge of (non-)functional requirements within your field.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and understandably.

• Knowledge of Azure and scalability, resilience, and security capabilities.

• Experience in designing APIs and (micro)services, including associated best practices.

• Knowledge of containerization (such as Docker) and orchestration (such as Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with topics such as DevOps, CI/CD, compliance, and performance optimization.

• Communicative and collaborative skills.

• A pragmatic and visionary team player who dares to make decisions on architectural choices.

• Ambition in enterprise architecture is a plus.

What do we offer you?

• Depending on knowledge and experience, a salary of up to €7,500 gross per month based on 40 hours, excluding vacation pay and annual bonus.
