Antwerp - As a Security Awareness Engineer at DPG Media you will be joining our Security Area (16 FTE). You join a SCRUM based team (9 FTE), where you help to define and execute plans and lead initiatives to make sure your colleagues remain cyber aware.
Team
You will join a team that is responsible for the effectiveness and performance of various security technologies and services. With your help we will help advise the IT community and our DPG Media end-users on how to apply cyber and information security best practices and be mindful of the cyber risks that might affect our information and information systems. Not only are you a fast learner and sociable person with an affinity for cyber security, you also possess the necessary project management and communicative skills to develop and roll out plans to continuously assure cyber security awareness across the organization.
You will help in developing and delivering Security Awareness campaigns and continuously build up related content and training materials.
You will report to the Product Owner of the SecurIT squad responsible for managing IT Security platforms and providing security advisory services (security awareness, security testing, security auditing, advising, defining, …).
Your efforts will help grow the security maturity level of the organization, in line with the targets set forth by the CISO. You will thrive in our flexible, hybrid work environment. Your key responsibilities
Become the lead for defining and implement cyber security awareness campaigns
Conveying the importance of security throughout the company
Primary contact for managing cyber security awareness related platforms and tools
Primary contact for coordinating security awareness content creation (digital and physical)
Day-to-day follow-up of the IT Security backlog using SCRUM methodology (including stand-up, planning and review meetings)
Alignment with key stakeholders
Represent your team and present achievements/progress on management meetings and events
