We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our team! As Campaign Manager, you will act as the crucial link between our clients, our publisher network and our advertising technology. Our ideal candidate is a client-oriented individual with knowledge of recruitment marketing.


  • Continuously support our clients to maximise the value delivered by our technology, by:
    • Analyse campaign performance and identify improvements;

    • Setting-up and testing campaign strategies

    • Activating channels (aggregators, social, display, retargeting, …)

    • Review campaign performance and identify improvements

  • Work closely with our sales-team to understand clients needs/requirements and advice on performance marketing strategy items, such as budgets or channel mix

  • Primary point of contact for our clients, including the responsibility to prepare and execute weekly/monthly review meetings.

  • Collaborate with our product teams to translate clients needs/requirements into product improvements, you are the voice of our clients.

  • Building a team of likeminded individuals that can support in your responsibilities while we scale as a company.

A typical day for a Customer Success Manager at Aimwel might involve:

  • Ensuring that the mailbox is opened every morning and left empty at the close of each day

  • Checking in with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with their Aimwel experience and addressing any questions or concerns they may have

  • Reviewing client usage data and metrics to identify opportunities for increased engagement or value for the client

  • Collaborating with the development team to ensure that the client's needs and feedback are being addressed in future updates or releases

  • Participating in regular team meetings to stay up to date with the latest developments and best practices in Aimwel's technology and the industry as a whole


  • Experience in Digital or Performance Marketing

  • Customer service background with experience in client-facing roles within a startup or tech environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the team

You will be part of the Client Success team at Aimwel, consisting of 3 people. As a scale-up, Aimwel currently employs ~25 people and most of us have a background in software development, data engineering or data science. We speak English to communicate with each other in the team. Our home base is in Amsterdam, the office for many different companies within DPG Media. We currently work with a hybrid working model, spending one/two days per week at the office and working the rest from home.
